CorroHealth is hiring for Clinical Documentation

Location - Noida/Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad

1- Must have NCLEX certified

2- Must have USRN

3- Must have 3-6 Years of experience in Clinical Documentation

4- Must have experience in Medical docs reviewer

5- Must have previously worked with Any Hospitals.

• Reviewing medical records and documenting the necessary information to provide a complete analysis of the patient's status
• Ensuring the accuracy of all medical documentation and establishing compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other government regulations
• Communicating with other departments to correct missing or incorrect data and information
• Interpreting clinical data and making sure that it's both accurate and complete by sorting and filing the required documents
• Storing medical documentation and validating diagnosis codes to represent different medical disorders, diseases and symptoms
• Training new staff members on different medical record-keeping policies and instructing them on how to file medical documentation and secure it properly
• Entering document queries into a database and tracking reimbursements from insurance
