Walk-In Drive IIFL Finance Gold Loan

Date: 27th December 2025(Saturday) Time: 10:00 AM onwards Locations: Multiple venues across Kolkata, Howrah & North 24 Pargana

Position Open

1. Branch Manager :

• Graduate / Postgraduate with 4-6 years of experience in gold loans or financial services (Gold Loan Experience Preferred)
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Strong networking and communication skills

Job Discerption

• Manage the branch Gold Loan and financial business portfolio
• Oversee branch operations to ensure business growth
• Plan and coordinate activities for smooth branch functioning
• Coach, train, and provide feedback to team members
• Monitor and control business quality and team performance
• Prepare branch performance and operational reports
• Guide and motivate the team to achieve targets

2. Gold Appraiser & CCE :

• 2-4 years of experience in financial instrument sales (Gold Loan experience preferred)
• Strong customer handling and sales skills
• Willingness to travel and engage in outdoor activities
• Good multitasking, convincing, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, responsible, and customer-focused approach
• Basic computer knowledge

Job Discerption

• Responsible for gold valuation and driving POS growth at the branch
• Participate in field marketing to enhance branch brand visibility
• Handle accounting and cash transactions for Gold Loans
• Maintain accurate calculations, cash counting, and records
• Demonstrate strong clerical skills and systematic working
• Cross-sell multiple investment products
