Senior Developer Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform @ IIFL Finance

Job Description

Role Summary:

IIFL Home Finance is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation with a transition from Zoho to the Microsoft ecosystem. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Developer & Solution Expert who will be responsible for the the design, development, and execution of applications across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Pages, and related services. This role is both strategic and technical, acting as the central in-house expert to partner with our implementation vendor, internal teams, and future Microsoft ecosystem growth.

Role & responsibilities

1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Ownership

• Understand business needs and translate into CRM entities, workflows, custom forms, and business rules
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and related modules
• Build Customer 360 view and manage unified data experiences

2. Power Platform Development

• Design and build low-code/no-code solutions using:
• Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Power Pages for internal portals (e.g., Legal, Contracts)
• Power Automate for workflows and system integrations
• Dataverse as the data backbone

3. System Integration & Architecture

• Architect and implement secure integrations with:
• SharePoint, Outlook, Teams
• Azure Services (Functions,Logic Apps, Service Bus)
• Legacy systems (Zoho,internal APIs, LMS, LOS, etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

• 4 to 8 years total IT experience with minimum 35 years in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform
• Proven delivery experience in end-to-end CRM implementations and custom portal/apps using Power Platform
• Exposure to internal process automation for business functions like Legal, Contracts, Sales Support, Customer Service
