We are looking for a passionate and driven Floor Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Manipal Hospitals!

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth patient flow on the floor.
• Address patient and attendant queries, ensuring high-quality service and patient satisfaction.
• Liaise between nursing staff, doctors, housekeeping, billing, and other departments for timely support.
• Maintain accurate bed occupancy status and update relevant teams regularly.
• Ensure cleanliness, readiness, and safety of patient rooms and common areas; escalate maintenance issues.
• Monitor availability of consumables, patient files, and required materials on the floor.
• Document daily activities, prepare handover notes, and support compliance with hospital SOPs and NABH standards.
