Omega Healthcare is hiring SME AR Physician Billing (Epic)

We are looking for 4+ years of AR Calling - Physician Billing experience, including strong hands-on expertise in Epic software. The role involves supporting AR operations, guiding the team on complex accounts, ensuring process accuracy, and driving performance improvements.

Role & responsibilities

• Review and resolve complex AR & Physician Billing accounts.
• Work on denials, rejections, payment variances, and account follow-up.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of high-value/aged claims.
• Provide process expertise, mentoring, and support to the AR team.
• Handle client escalations and deliver process updates.
• Perform quality checks & ensure compliance with client standards.
• Work extensively on Epic software for claim management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in AR Physician Billing (US Healthcare).
• Strong hands-on knowledge in Epic (mandatory).
• Good understanding of denials, AR follow-up, coding basics, and billing guidelines.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to coach team members and support process improvements.
