Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Manager with expertise in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in managing SAP projects, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving process improvements in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP FICO Functional Leadership:
- Lead SAP FICO implementation and support activities.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
- Ensure proper configuration, customization, and integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, etc.).
- Provide strategic insights on SAP best practices for financial processes, reporting, and compliance.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage end-to-end SAP FICO project lifecycles, from requirement gathering to go-live and support.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure seamless process execution.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with business needs.
- Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to senior management and stakeholders.
Technical & Functional Expertise:
- Configure and optimize SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Taxation) and CO modules (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
- Ensure smooth data migration, reconciliation, and system integration.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and business processes.
- Support SAP S/4HANA migration, including fit-gap analysis and Fiori UI enhancements.
Support & Continuous Improvement:
- Troubleshoot SAP FICO issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in financial processes.
- Stay updated with SAP innovations, regulatory changes, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of SAP FICO functional experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, controlling, taxation, and financial reporting processes.
- Experience in SAP integration with MM, SD, PP, and other modules.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing SAP projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA is a plus.
