Job Title: International Voice Process Executive (US Process)

Location: First Floor, Tower A, International Tech Park, near Sec 59, off Golf Course Ext. Road, Balola, Gurugram, Haryana 122101

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Salary -upto 7.5  LPA
Week Offs: 2 rotational offs per week

Experience Required:

• Minimum 13 years of experience in an International US Voice process
• Proven track record in outbound/inbound calling for US-based clients

Virtual Round

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls for US customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service
• Resolve queries and provide accurate information in a professional manner
• Meet process targets including call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Document call details and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Adapt to process updates and ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work in all rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
