Job Description
Position Title: API and Business Applications Delivery Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Function: Information Technology
POSITION SUMMARY:
The API and Business Applications Delivery Managers primary responsibility is to manage Applications in terms of Delivery, Support and Monitoring and manage given set of business applications end to end.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- KPI - Uptime of Applications - Overall responsibility and ownership of Applications, Platforms managing to agreed-upon standards, targets and KPIs. Define and implement policies, SOPs, Daily morning checklists, and have a proactive approach towards administrating the API in the organization with timely response and resolution
- KPI - Min 1 activity engagement with each of the team per qtr. Work closely with vendors, build relationships, oversee deliverables, and exceed expectations and Implement best in class delivery process and work closely with audit and compliance teams.
- KPI - Feedback score Min 80% satisfaction. Develop an effective project management strategy, implement techniques, and mentor the team in the discipline. Works alongside and closely with the Application personnel to make sure that all systems and applications are working properly such as APIs and Applications.
- KPI - SLAs to be adhered. Ensure that given set of applications are managed well in terms of Application Projects, Change Requests, Application Support
- Vendor management: Coordinate and Manage Vendors and monitor SLAs. Optimize vendor expense and ensure that Scope of work is adhered on a day-to-day basis
- Provide leadership in planning and managing APIs and Business Applications.
