It Support Engineer @ OYO

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for hardware, software and network-related issues
• Troubleshoot laptops/desktops (Windows & macOS), printers and peripherals
• Manage IT onboarding & offboarding (laptop allocation, access setup, asset recovery)
• Support and manage email systems, VPN, antivirus and collaboration tools
• Diagnose and resolve network, Wi-Fi and connectivity issues
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs and AMC management
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and access controls
• Handle user tickets through ITSM tools and ensure SLA adherence
• Provide on-site support for office infrastructure and conference room setups

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, MS Office, Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
• Experience with IT ticketing systems (Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Good understanding of IT asset management and security practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
