Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing platforms to achieve business growth goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels search, social, display, and affiliate.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign targeting and performance.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Run A/B testing and performance experiments to improve creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams content, design, and tech to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and growth analytics.
- Oversee and manage organic acquisition programs to complement paid marketing efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEM and performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and similar platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign management tools.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and ROI optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, ad tech, and growth frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with app-based growth or mobile user acquisition campaigns.
- Familiarity with tools such as Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies.
