Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls
  • Resolve customer queries related to products/services professionally
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
  • Adhere to defined quality, compliance, and process guidelines
  • Maintain accurate customer records and call documentation
  • Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and attendance

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & listening)
  • Experience in international voice process preferred
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge

Education

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
