Job Overview:
The Team Lead Procurement Operations Support helps to apply the finance strategy aligned with Booking.coms business objectives by working on key initiatives in different areas of content and specialty. In this role, the Team Lead Procurement Operations will be responsible to develop and coach an international team in an environment that embraces change, cultivates service excellence, productivity, growth, empowerment, and teamwork.
The Team Lead Procurement Operations is responsible for the daily Procurement Operations as part of the P2P/S2P processes and is responsible for making sure that the team maintains the agreed service level agreements to internal stakeholders within all Business Units and external partners/vendors.
This role has a truly Global Scope in leading a team of Core and Senior Procurement Operations specialists in CoE India with responsibility on supervising the performance of the CoE team and taking on functional ownership on various activities across the brands. This will include using procurement systems like Ivalua as well as other applications.
There is a focus on identifying and supporting the implementation of operational excellence initiatives and targeting opportunities to improve quality and enhance overall efficiency.
