We are urgently hiring for " Client Relationship Manager / Key Account Manager-US Process " female candidates only Job Title: - Client Relationship Manager / Key Account Manager-US Process Work Location:- Pune Work-timings:- 5.00 pm to 2:00 am/ 2:00 pm to 11:00 am (Drop shall be provided) Experience: - 3 to 4 Years Education Qualification: Graduate: BE, BCS (IT), BCA (IT), BSC (IT) Post-Graduate: MCS, MSC (Computers), MCA, MBA in Systems/IT/Marketing will be an added advantage Job Type:- Permanent Job Purpose: Futurism Technology is looking for an Experienced Key Account Manager. Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with Clients, to set a high standard for working together and drive confidence. Ensuring clients receive the very best of service levels and creativity. Ensuring 100% accuracy on the delivered project and ahead of deadlines.

Job Description: 1.Single point of contact for the US clients. Ability to communicate internally and externally to clients - via phone or email.
2.In-depth knowledge of internet marketing and web development will be added advantage and inbound internet marketing techniques.
3.Experience is requirement gathering, creating technical documents such as SRS, sow, doing business analysis with US based clients for the web / mobile development requirement, coordinating with technical team, reporting project status to client, cross see/ upsell client new features / apps
4.Experience in handling web development and mobile development, websites / CMS / e-Commerce / mobile apps / internet marketing and branding.
5.Understanding customer needs and expectations from the web design/Development and Internet marketing projects.
6. Should have experience of the latest CRM and marketing automation techniques in a B2B setting and be even keener to take them to new heights using the latest technology.
7.Coordinating with the sales team, clients, SEO team, design and development team, billing department for the projects from start till end.
8.Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team to start the project.
9.Coordinating with the SEO/ Web Development team for new project kick off in time, timely project updates, reports, suggestions, approvals and checking the progress of the projects, raising a red alert in case of a negative graph.
10.Scheduling the meetings, resolving all client queries, meeting the deadlines and project timelines, follow ups with clients for approvals, changes and timely project reports and progress on the projects.
11.Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
12.Informing the higher management on critical projects and issues hampering the projects if any. Job Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for the smooth project flow from start till the project continues with the company.
2.Responsible for client satisfaction and CLIENT RETENTION.
3.Responsible for revenue generation from the existing customer base and developing new clients. Desired Candidate Profile: 1.Must have prior experience dealing with US/Canada Clients.
2.Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
3.Ability to handle multiple projects.
4.Works well under pressure and deadlines.
5.Should have good understanding of high-end technology and statistical techniques (you are not expected to code but have clarity on what the rest of the team is working on).
6.Experience working in Software industry would be preferred.
7.Has handled Business Analyst / Project coordinator role in previous company
8.Doesnt have many job shifts, should have been minimum 2 years in one job. Must to have skills: (Mandatory Skills): 1)Experience in requirement gathering, creating technical documents such as SRS, sow, doing business analysis with US based clients for the web / mobile development requirement, coordinating with technical team, reporting project status to client, cross see/ upsell client new features / apps.

4)Must have prior experience handling multiple Clients or Accounts.
5)Must have prior experience working as Account Manager/CRM/Project Co-coordinator and that too in IT Software Company.
