Job Role: SAP ABAP HR Consultant

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop RICEF objects using SAP ABAP HR
• Develop and enhance custom infotypes based on business needs
• Build and maintain interfaces between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Payroll (ECC/ECP)
• Work extensively on PA, OM, PT, and Payroll (PY) modules
• Implement user exits, BAdIs, enhancements, and custom logic
• Develop Smart Forms and Adobe Forms, including remuneration statements
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and advanced debugging
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Support employee data replication and error analysis
• Ensure compliance with SAP coding standards and best practices
