- As a Product Operations Supervisor, your role involves supervising the product operations team to ensure smooth business operations and high-quality deliverables. You will also be responsible for supervising the creation and implementation of SQL queries for data analysis, demonstrating expertise in Python programming for automation, and utilizing Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics. Your key responsibilities include: - Supervising the product operations team for smooth business operations and high-quality deliverables. - Creating and implementing SQL queries for data analysis and reporting. - Demonstrating expertise in Python programming to automate and enhance business processes. - Utilizing Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics to generate business insights. - Performing product analytics to assess performance and identify areas for enhancement. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product operations with business goals. - Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all business operations and reporting. - Creating and maintaining documentation for all processes and procedures. - Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. - Mentoring and guiding team members to improve their technical and analytical skills. - Cultivating a collaborative and innovative team environment. - Communicating effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements. - Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to keep the team competitive. In terms of qualifications, you should have: - Extensive experience in business operations focusing on data analysis and process optimization. - Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. - Proficiency in Python for automation and advanced analytics. - Hands-on experience with Alteryx for data blending and analytics. - Solid understanding of product analytics and performance measurement. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to mentor and develop team members. - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices. - Strong organizational and documentation skills. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. The location for this role is Gurgaon, with a hybrid work model and DAY shifts. The notice period required is immediate to 30 days.
