Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and technically curious Infrastructure EngineerFresher to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have academic or project-based exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Office 365, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in IT infrastructure and learn on the job in a real-world enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure (servers, network, cloud, etc.)
- Support IAM processes such as user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access audits.
- Help manage O365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Assist in basic cloud administration tasks (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM, storage setup, VM operations).
- Support security compliance efforts by following defined IT policies and procedures.
- Work with senior engineers on automation and system improvement initiatives.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated fresher with strong technical fundamentals and excellent communication skills to join our IT team. This role involves providing support for desktop systems, networking, and automation tasks while learning and growing in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, and Windows Server environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices and systems.
- Support automation initiatives and basic scripting tasks.
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers for escalations and learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Understanding of Windows Server OS and desktop support fundamentals.
- Familiarity with automation tools or scripting (PowerShell preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
