Key Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support via phone and chat in a service/call center environment.
Handle desktop/application installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting for Intel PC hardware, Windows 10/11, and Mac systems.
Support Citrix VDI & XenApp, O365 products, and have a good understanding of Azure.
Manage Active Directory provisioning/de-provisioning and access management.
Troubleshoot hardware issues, VPN, peripheral devices, wireless/PDA devices, and network equipment.
Understand networking concepts like DHCP, DNS, and basic Active Directory.
Work on ticketing tools like ServiceNow and multitask across tickets, chats, and calls.
Ensure compliance with SLA and participate in rotational shifts.
Required Skills
Language: Proficiency in French Canadian.
Experience: 1+ years in technical voice support.
Strong knowledge of desktop troubleshooting, Citrix, O365, Azure, and Intune.
Familiarity with MFA, Windows Hello, BitLocker, and mobile device management.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
