- Location: Hinjewadi PuneDepartment: Cyber SecurityReports to: Cybersecurity Training Manager / Security Team LeadTraining Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic recent graduates and working professional to join our Cybersecurity Training Program designed to develop foundational skills and practical knowledge in cybersecurity
- This program will equip you with the tools and expertise needed to protect digital assets and prepare for a career in the cybersecurity field
- Key Responsibilities: Participate in a comprehensive cybersecurity training program covering fundamental concepts such as network security, threat detection, vulnerability assessment, and incident response
- Learn to use cybersecurity tools and technologies under supervision
- Assist in monitoring security systems and performing basic security audits
- Support security team in implementing security best practices
- Complete hands-on labs, projects, and assessments to demonstrate understanding
- Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity trends and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions
- Develop awareness of organizational security policies and compliance requirements
Qualifications: Final year/Recent graduate/working professional with a bachelor s degree
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and IT fundamentals
- Passion for cybersecurity and eagerness to learn and grow in the field
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Skills: Willingness to learn cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security fundamentals
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong desire to build a career in cybersecurity
