Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and manage the B2B team to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to expand the agent and advisor network for consistent lead generation.
- Track and analyze team performance, ensuring timely achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
- Create business development plans to strengthen channel efficiency and lead quality. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, industry stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Identify market opportunities and formulate strategies for business expansion.
- Collaborate closely with Mailing, Legal, and Ombudsman teams for seamless partner support and lead management.
- Conduct regular team reviews, performance assessments, and capability-building sessions. Prepare and present business performance reports and growth insights to senior management.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree, preferably in Business, Insurance, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with strong exposure to business alliances, partnerships, or channel management.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team in a target-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, claims processes, and grievance categories.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive performance and business outcomes.
