Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Location: Hyderabad

Job Details

• 12th Pass or Any Graduation are eligible
• 6 days work and 1 rotational week off
• Freshers are eligible

Shift timing:

• 8am to 8 pm (Any 9hrs Login)

Languages required:

• English + Tamil ( Good Communication )

Salary Package:

• 21,000 CTC / 17,000 Take Home

Key Responsibilities & Accountability

• Actively listen to customers, clarify information, and de-escalate concerns professionally.
  
• Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and address inquiries and follow-ups.
  
• Adhere strictly to assigned shifts, schedules, and attendance requirements.
