ELV Project Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: AED 6,000 7,000 (Negotiable)


Job Summary:
The ELV Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Extra Low Voltage (ELV) system projects including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, Networking, and Audio-Visual systems. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per approved technical standards.


Key Responsibilities:



• Manage ELV projects from initiation to final handover
• Plan project schedules, manpower, and material requirements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
• Supervise site installations ensuring quality and safety compliance
• Monitor progress and submit daily/weekly reports
• Resolve technical and site-related issues
• Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and final handover


Qualifications & Experience:



• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field
• 4 - 6 years experience in ELV projects
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, AV & Networking
• Experience in project supervision and team leadership
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs
• GCC experience - Preferred
