Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of expertise in Java and Microservices to lead the design and development of scalable distributed systems

Job Description

Lead the architecture design and implementation of highly scalable and distributed Javabased microservices solutions.

Drive innovation to simplify complex systems and reduce maintenance overhead.

Collaborate with crossfunctional and distributed teams to deliver highquality software products.

Provide technical leadership by mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Ensure adherence to coding standards security policies and architectural guidelines through thorough code and design reviews.

Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.

Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools technologies and frameworks to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve engineering practices.

Guide quality assurance efforts including load performance testing and capacity planning.

Promote and institutionalize engineering best practices across teams

Roles and Responsibilities

Architect and design distributed microservices applications leveraging Java Spring Boot and related technologies.

Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering design implementation testing deployment to maintenance.

Collaborate with product owners architects and DevOps teams to ensure reliable performant and scalable services.

Provide accurate project estimates and assist the team in delivering within timelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues ensuring minimal downtime.

Drive continuous improvement in development processes including CICD pipelines containerization Docker Kubernetes and cloud deployments.

Foster a culture of technical excellence knowledge sharing and innovation within the team.

Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Lead architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning
