The Employer
Our client is a dairy product manufacturer and supplier with extensive establishment and networks across the nation. It has achieved tremendous trading and distribution success and is capable of customising production schedules that can cater to various industry needs from F&B to Pharmaceutical.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
The Profile
You have at least 10 years experience within a B2B sales role, ideally within the sales of food ingredients.
You have prior experience in dealing with Dealers, Distributors and Key Accounts.
Experience covering Consumer is strong plus.
You are fluent in the Kannada, English, Tamil and Malyalam
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
