Job Description

*Handle vendor queries, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups
*Manage AP aging reports and monthly accruals
*Use formulas like VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, IFERROR, etc.
*Design and implement Pivot Tables/Charts for data analysis
*MS access Query writing, data modelling, reports, macros
*Create and maintain Macros/VBA scripts to automate repetitive tasks
*Generate timely and accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders
*Prepare payment summaries, invoice status reports, and AP metrics
*Support month-end closing with relevant data and reconciliations Role & responsibilities
