Job Description:
The Technical Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing systems and solutions that leverage generative models. This role requires 15+ years of deep understanding in machine learning, neural networks, and natural language processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with AI frameworks, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable and efficient generative AI models and systems.
- Architect the integration of client applications within overall solution frameworks.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Develop and implement generative AI algorithms for various applications, including text generation, image synthesis, and more.
- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, Integration engineers, UI Developers and software developers to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Lead the development of AI-powered applications and services, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Gen AI, LLMs, Gen AI Frameworks, Cloud technologies, AI and machine learning, and apply them to improve existing systems and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct research and experiments to push the boundaries of generative AI capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all AI projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's or PhD degree Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect with expertise in Banking processes, Gen AI, and AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- . Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Proven track record of designing and deploying AI systems in a production environment.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Transformers).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with large language models (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4) and their applications.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications in generative AI.
- Experience in developing AI solutions for specific industries e.g., healthcare, finance - P2P, O2C, Banking, IFAO, IFSO, Logistics, entertainment etc.,
- Contributions to AI research publications or open-source projects.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of P2P software solutions and integration strategies.
- Experience in developing and implementing AI/ML-driven solutions at an enterprise level.
- Excellent architecture, ideation and execution skills.
