Role: Technical Program Manager / Delivery Manager / E-commerce SME (Salesforce B2B Commerce)

Experience: 17+ Yrs

Work Location: Denmark(Onsite)

Skills: Program Management, Salesforce B2B Commerce, E-commerce, Exp. in mandatory in Consumer processed goods industry, Project Management tools (JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow)

Mode of work: Work from Office (5 Days)

Role overview

The eCommerce SME / Technical Program Manager is responsible for overall technical solution encompassing SFCC B2B eCommerce, Salsify PIM, Umbraco CMS, Tenovos DAM, SAP ERP, integrations across the landscape with AIS as middleware.

Should be well versed with functionality in scope and data flows across the above-mentioned products. Strong ability to liaise with technical/solution architects, technical teams, business analysts, Product owners/business stakeholders to get clarifications, technical decisions, dependencies addressed.

Should have strong implementation and enhancement experience on SFCC B2B platform with integrations to above mentioned products and SAP ERP, Distribution management system, Warehouse management system/3PL, logistics applications.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop a vision, objective, and strategy for ecommerce ecosystem in scope
  • Ensure the team is aligned with business strategies and technology chosen.
  • Establish and maintain cross-functional coordination.
  • Engage with Carlsberg stakeholders and other 3rd party/existing teams for addressing technical related risks, issues, dependencies and blockers
  • Have an overall view of eCommerce ecosystem and its integrations with relevant systems like SAP ECC, Salesforce CRM, DMS etc., Drive efficiencies across these systems to make the target platform robust and future ready
  • Guide on integration consolidation and functionality alignment end to end across eCommerce ecosystem
  • Provide guidance to integration team to arrive at the data mapping, data formats and type of integrations that are best suited for the target platforms
  • Provide inputs across teams for effort estimations, PI and sprint planning
  • Work with business stakeholders and provide them with new solutions, enhancements, and support for various technology solutions including engineering integration links, configuration of modern and legacy applications, testing and process automation system, and/or customization and configuration of key applications and vendor software packages as needed.
  • Successfully elicit from appropriate business and technology partners all forms of requirements (e.g., functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical).
  • Demonstrate adaptability to working in a modern, lean, and agile delivery environment.
  • Commit to partnering with subject-matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
  • Actively participate in feature creation and story definition and provide clarification when necessary.
  • Solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • Efficiently lead cross-functional work and expertise working with Agile teams.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 17+ years of experience with Salesforce commerce cloud configuration/flows with working understanding of AIS, Umbraco CMS, Salsify PIM, Tenovos DAM, SAP ERP, Payment services, Tax services and WMS/3PL
  • Experienced in leading a team of 40-50 FTE enhancements and support team. Give delivery guidance to ensure SLAs, KPIs and timelines planned are met with good quality.
  • Should track the delivery progress across teams using ServiceNow, JIRA and sprint delivery metrics
  • Experienced in running teams in shifts and planning/executing shift ROTA.
  • Experience in using GitHub is mandatory & knowledge on CI/CD is must.
  • Experience with continuous integration, unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests. Continuous delivery experience preferred.
  • Proven understanding of Scrum/Kanban and agile principles.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to successfully connect with both business and technical teams
  • Should be experienced in engaging with client stakeholders and gathering requirements, resolve pending decisions, manager risks and issues. Should be able to engage with CXO minus 1 level of stakeholders, apart from Product Owners, Business analysts, architects, OEM management.
  • Should have very good articulation and conflict resolution skills.
