Job Description
- Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications by translating ideas, requirements, and wireframes into engaging UI designs under the guidance of senior designers.
- Support user experience research activities such as understanding user needs, creating user flows, personas, and basic usability studies to improve overall product experience.
- Create and refine wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design assets using industry-standard design tools while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design standards.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and design mentors to incorporate feedback, iterate on designs, and ensure smooth handoff of design specifications.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and training programs to enhance creative thinking, usability principles, and hands-on UI/UX skills.
- Maintain proper documentation of design concepts, user journeys, and visual assets while continuously learning emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
