About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Tester (SFSC) to join our team in Gurugram. This role involves testing Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities, focusing on eCommerce integrations, ensuring high-quality delivery of services to customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud testing, especially in eCommerce domains.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud features and tools
Strong communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms
