Location : Hyderabad /Gurgaon
Job Description
The Power Platform Engineer (Maintenance & Delivery) plays a key role in supporting, maintaining, and extending Carlsbergs Power Platform solutions. This role ensures the stability and performance of existing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio solutions, while contributing to new developments and supporting the overall governance and ALM framework led by the Power Platform Administrator. It combines platform stewardship with hands-on solution development to drive efficiency and adoption of low-code technologies across the organization.
Personal qualifications / competencies
- 46 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse).
- Strong practical knowledge of Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio bots.
- Experience with ALM processes, environment management, and solution deployment in Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with custom connectors, APIs, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
- Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing applications and automations.
- Understanding of DLP policies, connectors, and basic platform governance principles.
- Good collaboration skills - able to work closely with administrators, business users, and developers.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ownership of delivered work.
- Fluent in English (B2+/C1 level).
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Microsoft certifications such as PL-100 (Power Platform App Maker), PL-200 (Functional Consultant), or PL-400 (Developer) are advantageous.
Job responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
- Support the Power Platform Administrator in governance, environment management, and ALM operations.
- Develop new low-code solutions - from business apps to Copilot Studio assistants - following governance standards.
- Monitor solution performance and resolve user or system issues proactively.
- Build and document custom connectors and integrations with enterprise systems (Azure, M365, SAP, ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with AI & Automation teams to extend Power Platform solutions with Generative AI capabilities.
- Contribute to the creation of reusable templates, components, and documentation.
- Participate in audits, cleanup activities, and data consistency reviews within Dataverse.
