Job Description: Business Analyst Payments Domain

Role Overview

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and collaborate with the team to deliver business solutions.
• Work closely with business partners to define processes, requirements, and strategies for technical solutions.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and research skills:
• Take initiative, communicate effectively, and analyze multi-dimensional stakeholder needs.
• Interpret business requirements into Epics and Stories.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing (Epics/Stories).
• Perform process analysis, document process flows, and translate them into requirements.
• Experience with multiple integration systems and web-based application development is an advantage.
• Hands-on JIRA experience is mandatory; must have worked in an Agile environment and participated in Scrum routines.
• Good time management skills; ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Refined presentation skills; ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
