Description

Strong working knowledge in payroll activities.
Knowledge in country s statutory requirements
Validation of various payroll reports and analysis on variances.
Creation and maintenance of process SOP s
Experience in handling customer queries.

Education and Experience Required

Graduate in B. Com with a minimum of 60% and above aggregate scores.
0 to 1 year of total experience in Payroll

Knowledge and Skills Required

Demonstrated understanding of Payroll processes.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. )
Strong analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills: Able to collaborate and work in various teams
