Job Description

Hiring : FIT OPS - Travel & Tourism Industry

Location : Mumbai - Kalina (Near BKC & Kurla, close to VFS office*

Were looking to add a detail-oriented and growth-driven FIT Operations professional to our team in Mumbai.

This role is for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure every journey runs seamlessly from planning to execution.

What the role involves:

Handle end-to-end FIT (Fully Independent Traveler) operations

Coordinate travel plans, visa applications, and accommodation bookings for independent travelers

Assist in planning group travel arrangements

Manage and organize luxury itineraries across 57 countries

Handle client communications and follow-ups regarding travel, stay, and payments

Ensure smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements :

Experience in luxury or experiential travel operations

Strong communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of visa procedures and travel planning

Ability to manage multiple itineraries and work independently
