Role Description and Requirement
This is a full-time on-site role for medical graduates .We will provide training along with stipend. Doctors who are interested to learn new skill and wanted to take up their career as a Medical Review scientist this training will very much helpful.
Role Profile:
- Quality Check of medical records and Reviewing medical records and preparing medical summaries such as PI-chronology, Indexing, Med-Mal chronology, demand letters etc. and preparing detailed summaries. Proficient any one process at least
- Ability to analyze a case of medical malpractice, personal injury and mass tort cases
- Performing the Case Analysis and Peer Review (Quality check)
- Perform medical review, validate follow-up request and perform the medical assessment
- Look at each individual medical record to check for missing documentation;
- Prioritize workloads to ensure expedited cases are processed within defined timelines
- Responsible for the timely completion of individual cases and meeting the SLA for data entry and case analysis activity
- It is computer based work and doctors with good medical knowledge and fluency in English will review the patients documents.
- After successful completion of the training Medilenz company will hire the candidate with decent salary and perks(incentive, ex-gratia, Retention bonus etc)
The successful candidates will collaborate with attorneys and insurance companies to ensure accurate and comprehensive reports are delivered in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications:
BDS/ MDS/ BHMS/ BAMS/ BUMS/ BPT/MPT/Pharm D/ Nursing(BSc Nursing & MSc Nursing) graduates .
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of medical records and terminology
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and summarizing medical information
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Adaptability, Team work , Time Management,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using medical software and technology
- Previous experience in medical review or related fields is preferred
- Fluency in English is compulsory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and typing skills
Special Note:
Candidates with experience in clinical and other fields will not be considered as experienced. If interested they can join for our training
Designation: Medical Records Review Scientist
Job Location: Bangalore Shift Timing: 9 AM- 6 PM IST
We provide a 6 months training with a stipend for fresh doctors and clinical experienced doctors. After training suitable trainees will be recruited for the company role with decent Salary and company benefits (incentive etc). Please note that this is a non-clinical work of reviewing patients medical records and computer based work
Only BDS/ MDS/ BHMS/ BAMS/ BUMS/ BPT/MPT/ BSc (Nursing) /MSc (Nursing) and Pharm D graduates will be considered for the 6 months training (No other qualifications are consider for the Training)
