Job Description
What will your role look like
- Handle attendance management and ensure accurate tracking of team member hours.
- Manage and maintain HR operations databases and employee records.
- Resolve tickets and address queries raised by team members effectively.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Bonus.
- Organize and manage team member documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

We would like you to bring along
- 3 to 4 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Good-to-have skills
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work well in a team setting.
