Role Overview
As a Cluster Manager, you will take complete ownership of multiple Z Vacations properties. This role goes beyond daily operationsyou will lead teams, manage vendors, control costs, improve guest experience, and drive overall business performance.
This is a high-impact leadership role with strong exposure to operations, sales support, and P&L ownership, offering clear career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Guest Experience
- Oversee daily operations across multiple vacation properties
- Ensure smooth guest check-ins, stays, and check-outs
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintain service quality
- Handle guest escalations professionally
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and manage 1520+ on-ground team members
- Conduct daily briefings and assign responsibilities
- Coach teams to improve performance and service standards
Sales & Occupancy Support
- Work closely with sales teams to improve occupancy
- Support lead follow-ups, site visits, and conversions
- Ensure properties are ready for peak demand periods
Vendor & Cost Management
- Onboard and manage vendors for housekeeping, supplies, and maintenance
- Negotiate rates and monitor expenses
- Focus on cost control and improving profitability
Business & Performance Tracking
- Track revenue, expenses, and overall P&L
- Review guest feedback and implement improvements
- Take data-backed decisions to improve results
Educational Criteria
- Preferred: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- Acceptable: Any graduate with relevant experience in hospitality, operations, or retail
Key Skills Required
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Guest handling and problem-solving ability
- Clear communication skills
- Comfort with numbers, cost control, and reporting
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage operations and handle challenges
