Accounts Receivable Caller @ Firstsource

Job Description

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 6 months to 4 years in AR Calling (US Healthcare)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.
• Review and analyze unpaid claims and take necessary actions for resolution.
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA compliance and company policies.
• Update claim status in the billing system accurately.
• Work on denials and rejections to ensure timely payment.
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim escalations and clarifications.

Required Skills:

• Experience: 6 months to 4 years in AR Calling (US Healthcare domain).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with US healthcare terminology, insurance guidelines, and revenue cycle management.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Any graduate (preferably in Life Sciences or Commerce).
