Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test plans for web and mobile applications
  
• Perform load, stress, scalability, and reliability testing
  
• Create and maintain performance test scripts using NeoLoad (preferred), JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools
  
• Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues using monitoring tools like New Relic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace
  
• Monitor system resources (CPU, memory, network) during test execution
  
• Analyze results and prepare detailed performance reports with recommendations
  
• Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Business teams

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years of experience in performance testing
  
• Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts and methodologies
  
• Experience with NeoLoad / JMeter / LoadRunner
  
• Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, Web Services
  
• Good scripting and analytical skills
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
