Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and enhance java applications and services. - Solve complex business and technical problems following standard development practices. - Participate in agile activities like sprint planning and technical design reviews. - Implement best practices for producing maintainable code, including usability patterns, code style conformity, integration, testing, and code review. - Collaborate with global Engineering, Product, and Release teams as necessary. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience working as a Java backend developer utilizing Java, Spring, and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate). - Strong technical expertise in Java, Spring (core, AOP, Boot), JPA/hibernate, REST, and relational databases (e.g., Oracle). - Proficiency in OOP and SOLID design principles. - Preferred hands-on experience with messaging frameworks (like RabbitMQ) and noSQL databases (like MongoDB). - Preferred hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (maven, Jenkins, etc.), Docker. - Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile delivery methodology. - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. - Self-motivated and capable of working with minimum oversight.
