Python Developer Lead @ Citiustech

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with expertise in imaging workflows and cloud-based data management. The ideal candidate will work on clinical imaging data transfers, organization, and automation processes to support advanced image analysis and algorithm development.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transfers of clinical imaging data from external sources using platforms such as AWS, Box.com, or Aspera.
• Organize and curate imaging data in a structured AWS cloud environment for advanced analysis.
• Develop Python scripts to automate data ingestion, curation, quality control (QC), and analysis workflows.
• Support integration of data from diverse sources into unified workflows.
• Prepare imaging datasets for algorithm development and related processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows and streamline processes for efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with DICOM imaging workflows.
• Expertise in AWS cloud platforms for data management.
• Familiarity with data transfer tools like Box.com or Aspera.
