Job Description
IMMEDIATE JOINERS TILL 15 DAYS Notice Period
Core Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Design:
- Lead the design and blueprinting of complex SAP FICO solutions, ensuring they align with business goals, best practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis) modules.
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Perform hands-on configuration, customization, and testing of the SAP FICO modules.
- Manage and troubleshoot integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM - Materials Management, SD - Sales and Distribution, PP - Production Planning).
- Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management:
- Conduct workshops and meetings with key business stakeholders, process owners, and management to gather and analyze complex business requirements ("As-Is" to "To-Be" process mapping).
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Project Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead and manage the entire FICO workstream within large-scale SAP implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants and team members.
- Testing, Support & Optimization:
- Oversee and execute unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
- Provide high-level, post-go-live support and resolve critical system issues and tickets.
- Proactively identify and propose system enhancements and value-added solutions to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Typically 7+ years of direct SAP FICO experience, including at least 2-3 full lifecycle end-to-end SAP implementation projects as a functional lead or senior consultant.
- Strong background in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Management Accounting. Must be proficient in key financial processes like period-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and costing methods.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance (or equivalent ECC experience) including New GL, S/4HANA migration paths, and the universal journal ($ACDOCA$).
