Job Description

We are looking for IT Help Desk Support for our Bangalore Office who can join us immediately


Contract for 6 Months


Role & responsibilities :

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Handle service requests, incidents, and change tickets via ticketing tools (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
  • Support Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration (user management, mailbox configuration, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Provide remote and on-site support as required.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams for escalated issues.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and user documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
  • Train and guide junior help desk staff when required.
