Job Description

SUMMARY
Strategic purpose of the position

The Power Platform Lead ensures secure, compliant, and scalable operations of Carlsbergs global Power Platform environments. This role establishes governance frameworks, manages environments and policies, and enables innovation through automation, ALM pipelines, and platform monitoring. The Administrator acts as the bridge between IT governance, development teams, and business units to ensure that Power Platform solutions are reliable, compliant, and value - driven.

Personal qualifications / competencies

        Proven experience (5+ years) in IT, including 3+ years in Power Platform administration and governance.

        In - depth knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Dataverse).

        Expertise in DLP policies, environment strategy, and Managed Environments setup.

        Experience designing and maintaining ALM pipelines for Power Platform.

        Strong understanding of security, compliance, and role-based access controls.

        Knowledge of capacity, licensing, and connector management.

        Ability to analyze telemetry and usage data to optimize performance and governance.

        Excellent collaboration skills with other platform owners (Azure, M365).

        Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.

        Fluent in English (C1 level).



Requirements


Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Microsoft certifications such as PL-600 or PL-400 are advantageous.

Job responsibilities

        Establish, maintain, and enforce Power Platform governance frameworks and best practices.

        Manage environments, DLP policies, connectors, and user access to ensure compliance and security.

        Design and operate ALM pipelines for Power Platform applications.

        Monitor usage, capacity, and licensing to ensure platform optimization and cost efficiency.

        Implement and maintain telemetry and audit dashboards for visibility and control.

        Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Power Platform with enterprise systems (Azure, M365, SAP, ServiceNow).

        Provide support and troubleshooting for environment issues, data connections, and deployments.

        Continuously improve platform governance, automation, and operational excellence.

We are seeking a passionate professional with ERP transformation experience with Dynamics 365. In addition to this, to be successful in the role, we imagine that you possess:

 

  • Proven experience with successful Dynamics 365 ERP implementations (incl. F&O, Supply Chain & Procurement)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change across an organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience working closely with senior business & IT stakeholders
  • Experience in the CPG / FMCG industry is a plus
