Project Management (SAP Focus):
- Lead end-to-end SAP project execution including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure SAP solutions are optimized for business processes and meet quality standards.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Incident Management:
- Oversee SAP incident resolution processes ensuring timely and effective handling.
- Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
- Maintain incident logs and generate reports for analysis and improvement.
- Implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.
- Scrum Master Duties:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and ensure team productivity.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, and backlog health.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog.
- Promote transparency and communication across teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP project management and incident handling.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, MM, HCM).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and SAP Solution Manager.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and SAP lifecycle methodologies
