Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled React.js Developer team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building exceptional user interfaces and experiences using React.js technologies. They will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and related frameworks (Express/NestJS).
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a front-end developer.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.
- Strong experience with React.js and its core principles.
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Experience with front-end build tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and npm.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Solid understanding of Git and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
