Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) DBA with approximately 4 years of experience to manage, support, and optimize our Oracle EBS environments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in installation, configuration, patching, cloning, backup, and performance tuning activities. Hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Command Center (ECC) setup, configuration, and troubleshooting is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (12.1.x / 12.2.x) environments.
- Perform EBS application and database cloning, patching, and routine maintenance activities.
- Manage Oracle Database (11g / 12c / 19c) in EBS environments.
- Handle adop, adadmin, adctrl utilities along with application-tier services and concurrent managers.
- Perform EBS upgrades, database upgrades, and patching cycles.
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Enterprise Command Center (ECC).
- Troubleshoot ECC data load issues, framework errors, and dashboards.
- Manage workflow, forms, and concurrent program related issues.
- Implement RMAN-based backup and recovery, including periodic database health checks.
- Monitor system performance, space utilization, and apply optimizations.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams for effective issue resolution.
Qualifications and Skill
- Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (12.1.x / 12.2.x) Administration
- Oracle Database 11g / 12c / 19c
- Oracle Enterprise Command Center (ECC) setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Linux/Unix operating systems
- RMAN backup and recovery
- EBS Patching, Cloning, ADOP cycle
- WebLogic Administration (EBS 12.2.x)
- Concurrent Manager configuration and tuning
- Good understanding of Apps schema and EBS architecture
