Job Description

We are hiring for HSC / SSC and ITI Candidates, PFB, the jd for your persual.
For Factory Operators (ITI candidates):
- Operate machinery and equipment as per training and SOPs
- Perform daily maintenance checks and report issues to supervisor
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during production
- Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE at all times
- Assist in assembly line operations
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Work in shifts if required
For Helpers (SSC/HSC candidates):
- Load and unload raw materials or finished goods
- Help skilled workers in daily factory tasks
- Pack, label, and move goods to designated areas
- Clean machines, tools, and work areas
- Follow instructions given by supervisor or team lead
- Maintain hygiene and safety in the workplace
- Perform general labor duties as needed
Key Skills:
- Willingness to learn and work in a factory environment
- Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices
- Physically fit and able to work long hours if needed
- Team player with discipline and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions carefully
