Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Director level Executive for SAP Data and AI Architect role.
  • Lead SAP Data Transformation ProgramsTake ownership of the design and architecture of complex data transformation programs in SAP-centric ecosystems. Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business drivers and craft robust solutions that enable digital transformation and enterprise agility.
  • Pre-Sales and Go-To-Market InitiativesPlay a proactive role in driving pre-sales activitiesincluding proposal development, solution design, estimates, and delivery plans. Participate in customer workshops and solution presentations, acting as a subject matter expert on SAP Data & Analytics topics. Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning strategies that address client pain points and demonstrate Capgeminis value proposition.
  • Thought Leadership and InnovationDeliver high-impact proof of concepts (PoCs), points of view (PoVs), and thought leadership pieces that address client challenges. Stay ahead of SAP innovation trends, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to create differentiated offerings.
  • Global CollaborationWork closely with Capgeminis APAC delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality project execution. Foster knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and the adoption of best practices across borders.
  • Business DevelopmentDrive business growth through partnerships with sales, delivery, and alliance teams. Support lead generation and account development, proactively identifying opportunities for co-innovation and expanding Capgeminis SAP Data & Analytics footprint in the APAC region.

    • Primary skills
  • Minimum of 20 years experience in SAP Data & Analytics, with a track record spanning solution architecture, program delivery, and sales enablement.
  • Expertise in SAP ERP and S/4HANA transformation programs, particularly involving data migration, data quality, and analytics modernization.
  • Demonstrable success in selling and delivering large-scale SAP data transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
  • Mastery in at least two of the following domains, with exposure to others
  • SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), Datasphere, BW/4HANA, or Business Data Cloud (BDC)
  • SAP S/4HANA Data Migration & Data Quality
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAC Planning
  • SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
  • SAP AI and advanced analytics use cases
  • SAP Group Reporting, PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management), or Finance Transformation topics
  • In-depth understanding of modern data architecture and its alignment with both business and technology outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders, influencing transformation agendas and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Extensive experience in generating leads, conducting account development, and aligning with partners to drive co-innovation and shared growth.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and enabling sales teams through pre-sales processes and solutioning excellence.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
