Job Description

Experience in :
1)E-way bill,
2)Moving in multiple locations /Arranging Materials to carry
3)Invoicing
Responsible for handling dispatch activities namely preparing dispatch schedule, arranging dispatch of Finished Goods to Warehouses/ Depots /Customers.
Responsible for arranging transportation in coordination with Logistics / Supply Chain.
Being responsible for inventory and timely availability of products.
Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
Preparing Invoices along with supporting documents namely permits, forms, gate pass,etc.
Responsible for arranging loading of goods with contract workers, and dispatching invoices/documents to customers.
Coordinating with Production/QC and coordinating with Marketing for urgent requirements.
