Required skillset-Scrum Master experience with Salesforce B2B domain, Good communication skills.
(SFCC B2B commerce platform, Umbraco CMS, Tenovos DAM platform, Azure integration services, Next.js UX-UI) Knowledge on these products is desirable but experience in CPG industry is must.
Role and Responsibilities
Role Overview
Scrum Master is responsible for managing Enhancements teams sprint deliverables pertaining to eCommerce ecosystem of applications (SFCC B2B commerce platform, Umbraco CMS, Tenovos DAM platform, Azure integration services, Next.js UX-UI). Knowledge on these products is desirable but experience in CPG industry is must.
This role involves management of client stakeholders like Product Owner, Business points of contact like merchandiser, content creators, business analysts and architects, to gather requirements and resolve any blockers experienced by sprint team.
Should be able to estimate the effort needed and plan the sprints, timelines as well as resources accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the sprint ceremonies -daily standup, requirements grooming, retrospection, demos.
- Understand the requirements, estimate the story points with the team and plan PI, Sprints
- Track and publish delivery metrics across sprints.
- Work with Technical programme manager, tech lead to address any clarifications needed on requirements, design and test cycles
- Schedules meetings for Transition as well as requirements grooming and demo's during steady state
- Experienced / Desirable in implementation / enhancements of ecosystem of applications involving SFCC B2B, Salsify PIM, Umbraco CMS and Tenovos DAM, SAP ERP, Azure integration services, along with Next.js UI.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, OEM, 3rd party support teams and GSPANN teams to address risks, issues, dependencies and blockers unresolved by technical lead. Track day to day sprint progress
- Coordinate code reviews, application demos, collect feedback from stakeholders and plan for addressing them in future sprints.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience with agile delivery of Salesforce commerce cloud, AIS, Umbraco CMS, Salsify PIM, Tenovos DAM, Payment services, Tax services
- Experienced in leading a team of 15-30 FTE for enhancements and run scrum of scrum/ POD based delivery planning and execution.
- Give delivery guidance to ensure SLAs, KPIs and timelines planned are met with good quality.
- Experience in using GitHub is mandatory & knowledge on CI/CD is must.
- Experience with continuous integration, unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests. Continuous delivery experience preferred.
- Proven understanding of Scrum/Kanban and agile principles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to successfully connect with both business and technical teams
- Should be experienced in engaging with client stakeholders and gathering requirements, resolve pending decisions, manager risks and issues at project level.
- Should have very good articulation and conflict resolution skills.
