Role Overview:
The Technical Project Manager oversees delivery governance, sprint execution, and cross-team coordination for an enterprise-scale data engineering program. The role ensures predictable delivery, effective communication, and alignment between engineering teams and business/technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery including planning, sprint execution, and release coordination
Serve as liaison between engineering teams and business/technology stakeholders
Drive Agile governance, ensure backlog readiness, and maintain delivery velocity
Identify program risks, cross-functional dependencies, and mitigation strategies
Align engineering priorities with delivery roadmaps in collaboration with Principal and Lead Engineers
Oversee resource planning, dashboards, and reporting
Required Skills:
10-15 years of technical project/program management experience
Strong exposure to Data Engineering or Big Data program delivery
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and governance skills
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and associated tooling
